What’s Brewing? This week we brewed a fresh batch of Johnny “Blood” Red. We also brewed our next installment in the One Hop Wonder series—One Hop Wonder: Mount Hood. Mt. Hood isn’t a new hop for us, so this beer won’t be as educational as most of the OHWs. But it is one of the brewers’ favorite hop varieties, so it will definitely be delicious!
As a surprise, we brewed a special secret lager that we’ll release at a party in early or mid February. We’re keeping mum about it, but we promise you’ll like it!
What’s Filtering? This week we filtered fresh batches of Canadeo Gold and Hopasaurus Rex. For all you hop-heads out there, we also filtered this year’s Kurty’s Hop Monster. With nine separate additions, this beer has more hops than you can shake a stick at!
