What’s Brewing? This week we brewed a fresh batch of Railyard Alt and a new beer called All Star Brew. All Star Brew is a cream ale, an American style of beer that’s light in color and body. We used both flaked maize (which is traditional) and malted wheat (which isn’t traditional) to add character to this beer.
What’s Filtering? This week we filtered fresh batches of Canadeo Gold and Johnny “Blood” Red.
