What’s Brewing?
This week we brewed fresh batches of “400” Honey Ale and Johnny “Blood” Red. We also brewed this year’s batch of Saint Norbert Pils. Saint Norbert Pils is a German-style pilsner that features grainy malt and spicy noble hops supported by a firm bitterness. But remember—it’s a lager so we’ll all have to be patient for it to be ready!

What’s Brewing?
This week we brewed a fresh batch of Railyard Alt and our next single-hopped pale ale. For this version, we managed to get our hands on some Simcoe hops. Simcoe is an American-grown variety that’s quite difficult to find and has strong citrus and funky characteristics.

We brewed fresh batches of Green 19 IPA and Dark Helmet Schwartzbier. We also brewed a Dunkel. This dark amber German-style lager will feature rich maltiness and the clean finish of a lager.

This week we brewed fresh batches of Johnny “Blood” Red and Canadeo Gold. We also brewed a batch of Addlepated Ale. It’s been a while since we’ve brewed this one, so in case you’ve forgotten, Addlepated is our amber ale aged on Oak. It’s got a nice woodsy hop character to complement the oak.
