This week we brewed a fresh batch of Dark Helmet Schwartzbier and an English Brown Ale called Leaping Monkey. This beer will be malt focused with flavors of caramel, toast, and a light, grassy English hop flavor in the finish. Join us at our Leap Day Party for the tapping!

What’s Brewing? This week we brewed a fresh batch of Johnny “Blood” Red. We also brewed our next installment in the One Hop Wonder series—One Hop Wonder: Mount Hood. Mt. Hood isn’t a new hop for us, so this beer won’t be as educational as most of the OHWs. But it is one of the brewers’ favorite hop varieties, so it will definitely be delicious!

What’s Brewing? This week we brewed a fresh batch of Railyard Alt and a new beer called All Star Brew. All Star Brew is a cream ale, an American style of beer that’s light in color and body. We used both flaked maize (which is traditional) and malted wheat (which isn’t traditional) to add character to this beer.

What’s Brewing? This week we brewed a fresh batch of Hopasaurus Rex IPA and a new brew called Vinterøl, (pronounced veen-ter-ul) which is Norwegian for Winter Ale. It’s a winter ale inspired by traditional Finnish Sahti beer and by Norwegian Juleøl (Christmas Ale).
