  • '400' Honey Ale

    Toasty malt and plenty of local wildflower honey make this golden blonde ale one of our most popular beers. Named after the famous “400” Chicago and Northwestern passenger train.

  • Addlepated Ale

    We brewed this peculiar amber ale with a diverse blend of resiny, woody, spicy hops and nutty, toast-like malt and aged it on toasted oak for added complexity.  Crisp and dry, finishing with a refreshing snap of bitterness.

  • Canadeo Gold

    Golden, malty, and clean, this kölsch could be mistaken for American lager but for its subtle fruity aroma and spicy hop flavor. Named for Packers great Tony Canadeo.

  • Dark Helmet Schwartzbier

    This German-style black lager has a rich aroma of coffee, chocolate, caramel, and toasted malt, medium-full body, and a roasty yet smooth finish.

  • Edinburgh Draught

    A smooth, golden, malt‑focused Scottish-style session beer, poured "on nitrogen", whose nutty, caramel-like malty complexity we enhanced by boiling down the strongest, sweetest part of the wort. (pronounced “ED-in-burra draft”)
